The Cary Flats is a conversion of a series of 3 quad apartments into a total of 12 units when complete.
The spaces are very open in tradition with a ‘flat’ design. The units are small (<500 SF) so they are correspondingly affordable (retailing in the low $100′s) and they fit the bill for a student or first time buyer well. They also hold some appeal to an owner that may need a “pied a terre” in RVA while living primarily in another area.
